C24 Graded Structural Timber Frame

Constructed using C24 graded 3×2 treated timber, this shelter offers excellent strength and stability. For customers who require greater resilience in exposed or high-wind locations, an upgrade to C24 4×2 is available to enhance structural performance.

High-Quality Timber Cladding

We offer a range of premium cladding options to suit different needs and budgets.

• 16mm T&G Cladding (Included) – A strong, reliable and weather-resistant finish.
• 21mm T&G Cladding (Upgrade) – Thicker boards providing greater rigidity and a longer lifespan.
• 22mm Loglap Cladding (Upgrade) – A rounded premium profile offering excellent weather protection and an attractive appearance.

All cladding is pressure-treated for long-term resistance to rot and insect attack.

Onduline Apex Roof System

The shelter features a single-slope Apex roof finished with durable Onduline corrugated sheets. This roofing system ensures effective drainage, reduced noise in rainfall and full weatherproof performance.

Pressure-Treated Timber Skids

The heavy-duty timber skids lift the structure off the ground to protect against moisture and make repositioning easier when required.

Delivery Service

We provide a complete delivery and installation service across Aberdeen and the surrounding areas, including Banchory, Stonehaven, Inverurie, Ellon, Peterhead, Fraserburgh, Mintlaw and Montrose. Delivery is also available up to 100 miles from Aberdeen

Note: Site Preparation and Access

• The customer is responsible for ensuring that the installation site is level, firm and fully accessible for a Hilux 4×4 with trailer.
• Additional charges may apply if the ground requires levelling, access is restricted or manual carry-in is required due to limited vehicle access.
• All sites must be fully prepared and ready for installation on the agreed date. If the site is not ready or causes delays to the installation team, extra charges may be applied to cover wasted time, rescheduling or additional travel.
• Customers must ensure safe working conditions, including clear access, no loose animals within the work area and no overhead obstructions. Work may be paused if safe conditions cannot be maintained.
• G&A Timber is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by poor site access, unprepared sites or inadequate ground conditions.
