Soudal Soudafoam Gap Filler Genius Gun 600ml

A high-performancepolyurethane expanding foam filler, specially formulated for general-purpose gap filling with excellent 3D expansion. This single-component, fast-curing foam provides outstanding thermal (λ = 37mW/mK) and acoustic insulation (58 dB – ISO 717-1). It adheres without the need for a primer to most common construction surfaces.

The patented Genius Gun® applicator allows precise, one-handed application and features a resealable nozzle, enabling the product to be reused for up to 6 weeks after opening. Ideal for filling gaps around pipes, insulation materials, roofing, and general construction work.

Application Instructions:

1. Shake the can vigorously for at least 30 seconds.
2. Open the protective cover and position the nozzle horizontally.
3. Invert the can and apply the foam into the gap, filling approximately one-third of the space.
4. Shake the can periodically during use.
5. For deep gaps, apply in layers, moistening surfaces slightly between each layer to speed up curing and improve cell structure.
6. After use, seal the nozzle, close the cap, and store the can upright.
